No, our company gives a guarantee for product not installation, so you need to install by the electrician. If you require the facility to install, that will be chargeable and you have to pay and plus a charge of installation to the persons, you can also use our Shawnapp if its service is available in your city.

Yes, you can insure the whole home as the insurance is calculated as per bulb and its watts. The insurance will be 18x Rs=18y will be the cost of insurance plus the cost of the bulb for the first time. 

No, you can insure all company bulbs, but it will be ultimately will be replaced by  TESLALIGHTS. (means an teslalights Apple to Apple ) 

Yes, the bulb can be replaced as many times as you want with the last limit of 30 times means every 4 months on average you can replace it in 20 years (TWENTY YEARS).

 Yes, the company is planning to insure fans also but a replacement will be our company products only, insurance rates of other company fans are different and our company fan is different, but you need to wait for that to be implemented.

It’s a kind of Extended warranty of our products pulse we call it insurance for our and other company products, a facility is given to customers as we trust upon the quality of our bulb or product. 

No all-electrical items like bulbs get fused or malfunction one day or the other, but we have taken extra care and infused high-quality items and components, even though the component manufacturer says 2% failure in their products while assembling. Even though if it gets fused at any point in time, we assure replacement within 20years (Twenty Years).

Yes, Every bulb passes through QC, and a code is generated and assigned for future reference 

No, we have strict code encrypted which can be scanned and identified with a unique id for each bulb hence any bulb or product which fails the authentication won't be replaced. By any chance, the code is destroyed or erased by default or purposefully that product is not eligible for replacement or warranty. But that bulb can be sent to the company for further evaluation so that our inner codes can be judged and proved to be authenticated or not. Once the authentication is done the product becomes eligible for replacement. But it takes a time of 21 days. Instant replacement is not possible in that case. 

It is very easy to check for yourself by downloading the app teslalights app or shawnapp from the play store or apple store(future) in the coming days And scan by writing the code and find the details for yourself.

Yes, As stated above you can scan or write the code and find the details for yourself additionally if you need to order or raise a query or complain you can do that as well can also find the insurance date expiry of that product. 

No, our products can be replaced at any time during the year. Date and months are not compulsory to suppose you brought your bulb on 2012 January now 10thyear will be 2022 January. In our lighsurance, you can even replace it on 31st December 2022. Means almost 11 to 12-month extra benefits you can get so only the year is important not date or month to help customers keeping in mind hassle free, here a point to be noted is our policies comprises with no receipt no box no date no month no warranty card so we feel free when you avail the facility. 

We do not give any certificate or bond for your purchase of a genuine tesla light product as the product itself is equipped with all details by default presenting it as a bond. 

No, ours is a foolproof plan it can't be done as once the replacement is initiated the code of the bulb gets canceled digitally in the cloud and a further scan will not take place so that bulb will be considered not eligible for replacement in any other depo. So, this kind of malpractice will not be possible.

No, It is not possible for a non-fused or a running bulb to be replaced rather if the quality of light lumens gets diminished or the brightness gets downed then in that condition even the running bulb can be replaced or else fused bulb or product is eligible for replacement but company decision is final.

No, all our products and LIGHSURANCE come with the final price inclusive of all taxes and the product price is fixed for retail purchase but for bulk purchase should be more than 100, we have schemes even that insurance of any bulk purchase remains the same. Unaffected by the quantity of product.
