B2B or commonly known as Business to Business in simple terms indicate companies which sell their products mainly to other established businesses in place of selling it to consumers. Majorly there are three types of B2B sales namely, supply sales, distribution sales and service sales.
Contrary to the B2B model, B2C model is when a business decides to sell its products directly to the consumers rather than other businesses. Inshort, any sales process that sells directly to consumers is termed as a B2C model of business.
In the case of supply sales of B2B a business provides another business with products that include office, equipment and workwear. These orders are mostly provided in bulk as they need authorization from the management.
In a broader sense, a B2B distributor is that business that moves products through the supply chain by first purchasing from manufacturers and then selling to retailers, assemblers and manufacturers.
Hence, a B2B distributor does not sell to end consumers. Very often B2B distributors specialise in a particular industry or closeouts and inturn offer advantages to the businesses that work in partnership.
The personnel's involved in each of the roles, (Super Stockist, Stockist, Distributor and Dealer) are verified. Only people with Well-behaved, and with good morals become part of our business model or team. For the same purpose, valid documents for all are a must. The distributor in this model is meant to collect the stock of product from the above-mentioned agents (super stockist and stockist) to help the products reach the end customer. The twist here is there could be an end number of distributors working under the main distributor. But, the prominent distributor remains the same.
The dealer then procurs the same products from the distributor who has himself arranged it through the super stockist and stockist. Finally, the quality product reaches the end customer.
After super stockist, the responsibility is that of a stockist to distribute the Tesla lights In a particular given district. Hence, a stockist is basically a person working under the instruction or guidance of the super stockist. In a nutshell, a super stockist handles a state and a stockist, a district.
To understand our model in depth, one must be aware of the chain of agents involved in it. To begin with, our business model consists of four agents who ensure quality products are reached to the end customer. They are: Super Stockist, Stockist, Distributor, Sub-Distributor and Dealers.
Super stockist is the person holding an official office and endowed with the responsibility of distributing the Tesla lights for the given entire state. Hence, a super stockist is the person who happens to be the key person in our model.
